Yoga with Athanae

‘All I can say is…WOW. I hate yoga, for the record. Hate it. But my OT suggested yin might work for me and help me with rehab…Ath strucures the sessions specifically for my injury, I play the music I like, and we chat through each pose and work on breathing and other stuff. Most importantly, my range of motion and flexibility have improved out of sight in such a short time. No pain. Can so strongly recommend Athanae if you’re in the Perth area.’
